Exercising for a Better Ride

Today riding my bicycle in clips I felt some shooting pain in my thigh and knee but I changed position pushing thighs closer to the frame of my bicycle while pedaling and also pointing my toes slightly inward. The pain went away.

In addition to changing positions on the wheel, exercising also helps loosen up muscle pain in legs, back and joints to prevent injury and to also quiet bio feedback.

I’ve been exercising before and after my rides. I live in a small apartment. I lay out on a yoga mat on the living room floor just before my ride to loosen my back, especially lower back and legs, before the ride. It only takes about 10 minutes for serious peace of mind.
