Lately I’ve been riding on my commute to my place of employment with heightened senses and vespers. I enjoy the virtual, remote conversations. It breaks up a sometimes mundane ride.

My early morning exercises are going well. As a result I’m not experiencing negative biofeedback. The routine is only 15 minutes in duration at present.
I have been singing more songs too. In the early morning before I leave, I have a repertoire that includes JS Bach ‘s Agnus Dei in B Minor as well as contemporary and classic rock.

The above three aids are helping me get through my commute, errand rides and joy rides as time and energy allow.
The rear wheel tube of my trusty commuter was experiencing a very slow leak. Interestingly I could ride it for a full day but including overnight it would lose 40 psi. I finally swapped in a new tube as I grew tired of inflating the old tube each morning.
My total kilometers has been increasing by 164% versus prior 3 months due largely to the increased kilometers of my new commute.
