As I ride my miles, I grow to appreciate more and more cycling, walking and other user infrastructure on my rides.

Separation is not only safety, but comfort and tranquility in many cases.
Today as part of my pre-ride ABC check, I pinched the front tire between my thumb and index finger to determine whether the tires needed air.
They did. After about three weeks, they lost more than half their pressure.

Remember that low pressure leads to more punctures and rim damage.
I topped them off at 80 PSI with my Nashbar dual nozzle air pump with one nozzle for Presto and another for Schrader valves.
The air pump has become invaluable in maintaining my bicycles as I have both Schrader and Presto valves.
