Riding with Fresh Goals in Mind

Without hesitation or fatigue, I rolled out of our parking lot at 9:15. It was warm and sunny with temps in the low 70s. 

My goal was to reach anywhere from 10 to 25 miles, and I achieved that by totaling  22 miles and ended up surpassing my weekly 100-mile goal as well.

Strava is an excellent app to set goals and record progress toward reaching and surpassing goals. 

I have a yearly goal of 7500 km this year, and as we approach the half-way point, I am approximately 150 km behind that pace, but there is time to catch up and surpass the goal pace by adding 7.5 km per week, which is entirely possible in the upcoming summer and fall months.
