I lost 27 pounds in just over 3 months due to the following three contributing factors:

Riding my bicycle more with some enriched impressions and longer distances;
Eating significantly smaller portions at mealtime; and
Eating fewer meals and skipping due to hectic schedule

I am enjoying riding through and breaking up what seems like frozen ice in my body muscles and mind cognition.

Experiencing a thaw and also at times shifting into a lower gear and spinning lightly on my commute, I cannot refrain but press onward committed and dedicated in accomplishments and with accomplishments in our sights.
