Rode the Trek Lemond Zurich out to Fitchburg on the Cannonball Trail and back on the Southwest Commuter Trail for a fine loop.
Conditions were excellent with temps in the upper 60Fs. Very little wind. The lakes were calm like glass.

Many flowers are blooming now, including primrose, wild flowers, roses and daisies. Six swans swam in Dunn’s Marsh.

I noticed that the carbon-fiber Zurich felt so much lighter and faster after riding an aluminum path-bicycle pulling a trailer all school year. I had 12 accomplishments in Strava for this ride.
For my easy Monday, I took my dear friend’s bicycle into the LBS for a tune-up and rear rack install. I added a yellow waterproof pannier.

When I went to pick the bicycle up, I decided to take my car off the road for two drives and use my Burley trailer to haul the Trek 7.2 bike back home. I covered just about 10 miles round trip. The LBS had an awesome turnaround time of under two hours.
