This Monday I started the week with a sprint interval, including a bike throw. Imagination is a wonderful thing.
Tuesdays ride was met with brilliantly bright greens after the deep rains of the night before. Riding through the Arboretum was absolutely stunning with bright grasses in the dark and mysterious wood and robust greens lining the alleys.
A colleague recently struck a deal with her management to work remotely in winter when she could not commute with her bicycle. As a commuter never sell your ride short.
